Jay Wommack: Founder, President and CEO
As founder, president and chief executive officer of Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. (VAG), Jay Wommack is responsible for overall strategic development and growth of the company.

Jay founded Vertical Alliance in 1999 as BubbaJunk.com Inc., a trucker recruiting Web site. As the site became the trucking industry's leading online recruiting resource, Jay expanded his Web site and marketing concepts to other vertical markets. He renamed the company Vertical Alliance Group in 2004.

Before founding VAG, Jay also built an extensive background as an entrepreneur and securities broker. His experience includes banking, real estate development and the founding and selling of several companies in the oil and gas industry. As a stockbroker for 15 years, he has also held several licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Hendrix College, and completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brad Pruitt: Chief Information Officer
Brad Pruitt is the chief information officer for Vertical Alliance Group and is responsible for maintaining and developing the company's core information technologies. Brad has been with the company since its inception and designed the first VAG product, BubbaJunk.Com. He has also been instrumental in the addition of other sites to the company's product portfolio.

Before joining Vertical Alliance Group, Brad owned and operated his own web design company. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Randy Sturdivant: Vice President of Sales
Randy Sturdivant is vice president of sales for Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. and is responsible for managing the company's sales operations as well as for product development.

Randy's previous experience includes sales and management with an international sporting goods company and 16 years as an independent manufacturer's representative for both sporting goods and apparel companies.

Randy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce in Commerce, Texas.

Jordan Lewis: Marketing Director
Jordan Lewis is the marketing director for Vertical Alliance Group and is responsible for designing and implementing the marketing mix relevant to each product in VAG's diverse portfolio.

Previously, Jordan served as the chief financial officer and marketing director of a culinary arts institute. His professional experience also includes extensive work in sales and small business entrepreneurship.

Jordan earned a bachelor's degree in English from Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana.
