Implementation Services

Vertical Alliance Group’s Customer Service can get you installed and running quickly.  Since Infinit-i only requires a browser and an active Internet connection, there is an easy implementation cycle, nothing new to purchase on site, and the system can be accessed from anywhere, anytime.  The normal installation cycle is one week but may vary per each customer’s special needs, availability and schedule.

Day One – Discovery

This is the discovery phase and consists of a conference call and introduction for the implementation team that consists of Customer Service and the customer’s main contact.  If the customer has the necessary information handy, we collect the data we need to add new users and set up the customers Web portal.

Day Two and Three – System Build

Customers Web portal is created and customer user information is added into Infinit-i and made ready for the new customers production training system.

Day Four – Training

Administrator orientation and training can be completed in less than one hour – Infinit-i is that easy!  Customers learn system navigation, adding or deleting users, sending messages to the Web portal, and requesting and understanding reports.

Day Five and Beyond

Service and caring about our customers is the difference! Vertical Alliance Group Customer Service goes the extra mile and conducts regular courtesy calls to see how your new Web-based training system is working. We will answer any questions or concerns you may have about its operation, and also inform you of new products and modules that are available.
